Six clauses you
will feel as a client.
ISO 9001 is often waved around as decoration. It is not decoration — it is a set of obligations. These are the ones that change what it is like to work with us.
Requirements are agreed before work starts
The standard requires us to determine, review and record what you need before we commit — and to re-review it whenever it changes. In practice that is the written scope you get after the discovery call, and the change record that goes with any addition to it.
Design and development is controlled
Inputs, review stages, verification, validation and change control on every build. This is why you get a staging environment from week one instead of a reveal at the end: review has to be evidenced, not asserted.
Delivery and handover is defined
Identification and traceability of what was delivered, protection of your property — repository, hosting accounts, brand assets, credentials — and controlled release. Your ownership of everything at handover is a documented procedure here, not a courtesy.
Nonconformity has a defined route
Work that does not meet the agreed requirement has to be identified, controlled and dealt with, with records kept. Bugs and misses are not negotiated away quietly; they are logged and closed.
Performance is measured, not asserted
Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, including customer satisfaction. This is the clause behind publishing Core Web Vitals targets as launch conditions rather than as aspirations.
Problems change the process
Corrective action requires root cause analysis and a change that stops recurrence. A complaint does not end when your project is fixed; it ends when the process that allowed it is fixed.
What it is not.
We would rather tell you the limits than have you discover them. ISO 9001 certifies a quality management system. It does not certify that any particular website is good, it is not a security standard — that is ISO 27001 — and it is not a guarantee of a ranking, a conversion rate or a delivery date.
What it does mean is that an accredited external auditor has examined how we agree requirements, control changes, review work before it ships, handle things that go wrong, and act on complaints, and found it compliant — and that they return annually with the power to withdraw the certificate if we stop.
It is a floor, not a ceiling. Most of our competitors do not have the floor.
Inside the scope.
Certification scope is where most ISO claims quietly fall apart: a company gets certified for one activity and implies it covers everything they sell. Here is our scope against what we actually sell.
- Website creation
- Website maintenance
- SEO
- Digital marketing
- AI automation services
- Translation and localization
About the certification.
Is Langixy ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. Langixy holds a live ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certificate, number E20260954033, issued by Audittech Certification Pvt. Ltd. on 23 September 2026 and valid until 22 September 2029. The certificate is published on this page as a PDF and can be checked independently through IAF CertSearch.
What does the ISO 9001 certification cover?
The certified scope is: Providing services related to translation, editing, transcription, subtitling, voice over, dubbing and related localization tasks. Also provide website creation, maintenance, SEO, digital marketing and AI automation services. That means the website, SEO, digital marketing and AI automation work we sell is inside the scope of the certificate, not adjacent to it.
Who issued the certificate and are they accredited?
Audittech Certification Pvt. Ltd., previously Royal Assessments Pvt. Ltd., based at Tower-B, iThum, Plot No. A-40, Sector-62, Noida 201301, India. They are accredited for QMS certification by Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) under CAB number 119012. EGAC is a member of the International Accreditation Forum and a signatory to its Multilateral Recognition Arrangement, which is what makes the certificate recognised outside India.
How can I verify the certificate myself?
Do not take our word for it. Search certificate number E20260954033 at iafcertsearch.org, or contact Audittech Certification Pvt. Ltd. directly through royalapl.com. The PDF on this page carries the same number, the issuing director's signature and a QR code that resolves to the issuer's record.
Why does ISO 9001 matter when I am buying a website or SEO?
Because it is the difference between a supplier who says they have a process and a supplier an external auditor has checked. ISO 9001 requires documented requirements capture, controlled changes, defined review and approval steps, records, a complaints and corrective-action route, and management review. For you that means scope is written down, changes are tracked, problems have an escalation path, and none of it depends on one person remembering how things are supposed to work.
Does ISO 9001 certification mean the work is guaranteed?
No, and any vendor who tells you otherwise is overselling it. ISO 9001 certifies the management system, not any individual deliverable. What it guarantees is that a defined process exists, is followed, is audited annually by an outside party, and that failures have to be recorded and corrected. That is a meaningful floor, not a promise of a specific outcome.
How long is the certificate valid?
The certification cycle runs from 23 September 2026 to 22 September 2029, with surveillance audits due by 22 September 2027 and 22 September 2028. Certification is only maintained if those surveillance audits are passed, so it is a recurring obligation rather than a one-off badge.
The certificate is issued to Langixy Translations — is that the same company?
Yes. Langixy Translations is the registered legal entity; Langixy is the trading name it operates this IT services practice under. The certified scope on the certificate explicitly includes website creation, maintenance, SEO, digital marketing and AI automation services alongside the localization work the entity was originally named for.
